This is news to me, the LAPD has their own blog. Could this be a sign there really is a blog bubble?
Suprisingly comments are enabled. As the AP reports this has led to a few amusing comments. I wonder if they have discovered comment spam yet?

A fun LAPD story that is somewhat related. The person who runs their blog emailed me to let me know it was not the LAPD that blew up the MI3 promotional products, rather the LA sherrifs department. So not only do they have a blog they seem to watch what is going on as well on the interweb that involves them.
