Google adds demographic targetting
From Jensense - Google adds demographic targetting for Adwords for site targeted campaigns. This appears to echo an option available in MSN’s new Adcenter. Will this positively or negatively affect Adsense eCPMs? For those of you with high-traffic sites, I think this can only be a good thing.

Have you done research on “pay per action” search engines? Inc. magazine had a great article in last month’s edition. This is something I am very interested in. I would be willing to pay as much as 25% for a lead for my company (at $155.40 per year - commissions would add up for the right search engine).
Thanks, Chris

Hmm, I don’t read Inc. A lot of people believe we could be headed toward pay per action due to PPC fraud. However, because of all the advertisers willing to take a negative ROI, and those that have no way of tracking return, I think PPC will continue to be to norm for some time to come.
I would recommend looking at starting an affiliate program. There are plenty of guys out there with the skills to deliver lots of leads, be it through running a PPC campaign themselves, or other means.
