Ergonomic tip
I wanted to point out a post by Ken over at WebSitePublisher.net. He is a fellow publisher and owns EnvironmentalChemistry.com.
He recommends getting rid of the mouse and getting an Adesso ergonomic keyboard with touchpad. May be I am jumping the gun by posting this, but I ordered one last night. Touchpads may not work nearly as well as a standard mouse but my hand needs a break.

I can’t stand those keyboards; they hurt my hands to use, which sort of defeats the purpose.

So how is the new keyboard working out for you, Andrew?

I’ve been using it for the last 12 hours, working out well. My fingers are a little sore, but thats usual.
I am having some problems gettin the custom Glidepoint touchpad drivers to work.
Incidently a new laptop also arrived yesterday as well, so I’ve been gettin a double dose of the touchpad.

You should check out the new mouse from Microsoft. `Microsoft natural mouse` or a simliar name, being released within the next 2 weeks. It’s pretty ergonomic..
